The CGC Season

Throughout the NJ handicap posting season (April – November), the CGC typically plays between 10 - 12 different courses.  Formats vary between individual and team events over the duration of the season. (Match Play, Stroke, Better Ball, Scramble).  

The CGC books a block of multiple advanced tee times (usually between 16 - 20 spots) for each tournament. Tee times usually start between 9 AM and 11 AM.  Available spots are filled in the order member responses are received.  The Commissioner will pair any singles in a partner or team event, if needed.

Guests of a standing member are welcome to participate in an event if there are available spots open; however, they will not be eligible to win any prize money or year-end recognition awards. 

At the end of the season, the CGC hosts the annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner.  It is always a great night out with members and friends.
